hey

just thought i would share that .. well for those of you that know i write poetry and been working on sharing bits of it in recent years... i am getting two of my poems published and one is in a psychology related book chapter. I was paid as well so that makes me feel real proud of myself. One is getting published under a psuedonym and the other under my real name.

all other things are just chaotic as usual. Been having a lot of issues.. seems I have lost my part time person care assistant because she lives with her parents and uses their car and suddenly they are all concerned about her helping someone that is in a wheelchair. The ignorance is so difficult to deal with.. I don't really know how to deal with it but it is what it is so what can I do.

HI BW!!!!!! It is so awesome to have you around again, I have so missed you! That is awesome (but extremely understandable) about your poetry. I love your poetry, it's always been so powerful and so good at expressing the inexpressible. How awesome that must be to have some of it published.

Sorry other things are chaotic and about your personal assistant. And ignorance IS really hard to deal with. I would think that hearing you need a wheelchair would make someone want to help you even more. Hang in there!

Have I mentioned it's really good to hear from you again? Big Grin

I'm SOOOOO happy for you! I'm not sure if you remember but I write poetry too... what an accomplishment!!! I'd love to read more of your stuff if you'd like to share! Congrats!!! And you SHOULD be proud of yourself! ((BW))

I'm so sorry that these people's ignorance has affected you... it really is unfortunate and I am so sorry. I hope you can find another care assistant to help you out soon... someone who cherishes you no matter what your challenges are.

Keep writing BW. I'm so glad you're posting here and i look forward to getting to know you more!
