I justed wanted to truly say thank you to those who have read and/or commented on the posts that I have written.

At times it may have seemed that I did not reply or perhaps a longer reply should have been appropriate. The people that have come alongside during rough patches...your kindness and words have made the road a little easier.

I think this is an awesome group of people and we have so much to offer each other and the world. Our pain is not meant for us just to go through but it's a future road map on how to help others through their rough patches.

I hope that we can continue to inspire and encourage each other regarding our individual journey's and that we can lift another up when we are able.

Thank you so much. I know this forum has helped me during the first year of personal therapy. It has not been easy and it still continues to be a challenge. However, it is comforting to know that there are individuals on this site who do understand and have been through it themselves.

Better Days Ahead,
T.

Isn't there a quote or something, you know the one? Life's a journey, not a destination.

This is a journey, there will be bumps and road blocks, but ultimately, the destination is the journey itself Smiler

I love this:

Better days for sure! ((TAS))
hey ((TAS)) i think we will continue to inspire and encourage each other. i kind of think of my membership here as a relationship, and as most relationships go, you're gonna hit a bump or even a f*cking tsunami every once in a while. seems like we've hit one hell of a something here, but i think cool minds will prevail, or however the damn saying goes.

yeah, the forum has definitely been a hugehuge help to me over the last year or so. between sessions (i used to go weekly, then bi-weekly, then monthly, now ... ? haven't figured it out yet) ... but anyway, between sessions can be such a bitch, mostly the self-talk, whatever. and this is THE place to go, especially when all of "you" is not accepted in every relationship, except ... well ... you know. Big Grin anywho, yes, the forum is a pretty special place

((Room2Grow)) to better days, indeed!
TAS... I'm just catching up on things here. What a lovely post to read by you. I'm so glad you have felt helped here and supported in your therapy. I know I may have been tough on you at times (I learned that from my own T!) but it was because I believed you were working with a good T and that if you stuck with therapy you would be feeling better. Yeah, it can be really hard at times and things seem to move so slow it feels like you are standing still but things are slowly changing. Just reading your post shows me a small change in you already.

Keep going and working with T. And thanks for the uplifting post.

Hugs
TN
