I think you knew it was outside of your comfort zone. I am guessing its been stored there all along impacting your trust/other relationships, sense of yourself etc.. stored away until you were old enough to process it?! Angry it happened to you. Keep in mind your violator was a doctor. That may add an extra layer of rage towards the healing professions. What aspect upsets you the most about it?

Are you sure that you are mirroring him? Maybe he is mirroring you. Perhaps you are coming into therapy putting on a mask of perkiness that he is mirroring? I could be way off base...just giving you something to think about...when you are done skiing of course. I hope you had a wonderful time and were able to get your mind off of all of this for a bit.
