Hello all - I'm hoping that some of you might help me. I'm a graduate student in psychology training to become a psychotherapist. Right now I'm working on a research project that explores how experiences in therapy impact attitude toward solitude and overall mental health. In particular, I'm looking for people who have been seeing their therapist for six months or longer. If this applies to you, please consider taking my short (10 min), completely anonymous online study about your experiences in therapy. The study can be accessed here: https://sites.google.com/site/...udeandpsychotherapy/

Thanks so much to all of you in advance!

Cheers,

Krista

Done. Sheesh surveys are hard for me, because I often have multiple inclinations that I am trying to average out, like I trust him very well, but when dissociated anxiety (usually held by particular parts) gets triggered, I feel untrusting/fearful of rejection, invalidation, abandonment, etc. But, even while feeling fearful, I still "know" he is trustworthy. Anyway, it can make things difficult to answer, because my whole nervous system is behaving as if there is a threat even if I am able to cognitively dismiss that fear as having no basis. Thanks for the interesting survey. I really appreciate my T too! Big Grin
