Stealing My File

I think I am going to take my file out of the Therapists office. I am going to burn it so that nothing I have shared with him will exist as I won't be seeing him anymore.

It seems extreme, but I can't have it in his posession.

Hi, TAS. I wholeheartedly agree with CD...and your second thoughts. Hang in there.

I haven't commented on any of your posts, but I've read many of them. I completely get the constant tendency to flight. So many of us do. Keep holding on. Your T sounds solid and able to take all that you give him. That is golden.
