Hi Brokes,
Welcome back and Happy New Year to you also. Smiler

I must admit that finding out it happened with another patient does point to a strong possibility that something is going on with your OldT that had nothing to do with her patients but that spilled over on them. It is perfectly reasonable that you are still bent out of shape. It was a very painful experience for you. I am grateful that you can see the good that came out of it despite how hurtful it was. I hope that things go really well with your new T.

When I saw that I figured something was up. Why would you abandon TWO patients at the same time. Unless, she really is incompetent and can't deal with real issues. BUT, hey that's what therapists do. They work with real issues. She can't expect minor issues from every patient?

Thanks for your validation that it's okay to feel bent out of shape. I think I will be for a very long time. It's been hard. I think it was easy because I was on vacation and now that I am back in the real life --real world...I get to think about her more, drive by her office, and be reminded of her. It's been a struggle.

I am looking forward to session tonight with my new T. I kind of want to just get into the swing of things again and not feel like it's so NEW. I can't force it, though, I know.

Thanks for the well wishes and luck!

Love, Brokes
