Hi Allison... do you mean stress or anxiety? You can relieve anxiety by going to talk to a therapist, by talking about your problems here and by doing some positive things for yourself like exercise and meditation. You may want to mention this to your family doctor if you do not want to see a therapist. He may offer you medication to help you deal with the anxiety level you are experiencing. I think the first step would be to talk to your doctor. I wish you well. Keep posting.
