OK. The problem for me here is to decide whether I should take weight watcher friendly food (which I have been eating for 6 months) or say the hell with it and take what I really want Big Grin
The hell with it!!!

1. Tender steaks, ie filets
2. potatoes
3. butter
4. eggs
5. bacon
6. strawberries, peaches, other summer fruit
7. chocolate
8. coffee with cream
9. wine
10. spaghetti with meatballs

I am hungry now.
Oh gosh this thread is making me really hungry.

Okay my list....

Lots of chocolate
Sour cream and onion Potato Chips
Tons of Pasta
Olive Oil
Garlic
Pizza
Tomatoes
Potatoes
Cheese (all kinds... mozzarella, fontina, cheddar, grated Locatelli romano, parmigiano reggiano)
Ice Cream (although it may be tricky to keep it from melting on a desert island)

1. Chicken wings with spicy garlic sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings and Northwoods Fire seasoning from Penzey's

2. Salad fixins (lettuce, broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, black beans, shredded cheese, lime dressing, freshly ground black pepper, and lime chipotle tortilla strips)

3. Chocolate chip ice cream with malt powder

4. Popcorn with butter and salt

5. Diet Dr. Pepper

6. Espresso with vanilla caramel creamer

7. Fire Hot Tamales

8. My homemade beef barley soup with LOTS of crackers

Hi,

So I have had surgery on my degitive system and shouldn't eat carbs, don't care about Fat and get protien deficent really easily, so my food list looks like this.

1. 2 cows 1 boy, 1 girl. We get meat and milk!
@. Chickens a whole flock!
3. Turkeys - another flock!
4. protein powder
5. protein bars
6. bacon
7. canned tuna
8. celery
9. popcorn
10. chocolate (carbs be damed -I need comfort food)
