Thank you Shrinklady for supporting and providing this forum. It has changed my life and helped me get through a handful of dark times where I wnted to give up therapy and was hurting beyong beleif. This forum, this community, has really helped me through my therapy. I have even paased on your articles elsewhere on this site to my T and it has lead to some great and healing conversations. This forum, community, and site has helped me on this journey to heal is more ways than I can possibly express. Thank you so much for all you do to make it possible!!!
