Hey Beebs, I'm glad it helps. Maybe try to do the thinking part now, while you are not feeling angry - like, think through what you will do and where, and give yourself permission to do it, so that when the angry comes back you can just DO it, without having to choose or wonder about it.

And once you've found something safe to do, it's okay to do it without knowing how much is past feeling or present feeling, and how much is justified or not. The aim is not to get RID of the feeling - as AG says, there are very likely good reasons for it - but just to move with it so it doesn't get stuck and bunched up in your body. Those feelings really do have a measurable chemical effect.
