((AH)) I read your post with a little tear in my eye, I was so moved by what you wrote and your bravery in facing difficult things with new T, making that leap of faith with her and sticking with the emotions. I am so pleased that new T remained steady too ....and most of all that you got a well deserved handshake from T dog Hug two
(((AH))) That sounded like really good work (no wonder you're wrung out!) I am glad that you are experiencing what it is like to have a boundaried T who can focus on you and what you're feeling and the difference it makes in processing trauma. I also think it's so important, and so great, that you both realize the inter-weaving of the original trauma and the re-traumatization from old T. Thanks for sharing about this, I am sure it is encouraging for a lot of people.

(((starfish))) That really touched me to read your reaction to reading this, thank you so much!! I felt really afraid and vulnerable after I posted it (I usually do after postings, it's so hard for me to leave them up) so it really meant a lot to read your kind words Smiler

(((draggers))) Big hugs back to you dear Hug two

(((pingles))) I thought of you when I saw T's doggy because I remembered you saying in one of my threads awhile back how much you love animals! I thought, I can't wait for pingles to hear how it went with the labradoodle!! Smiler

(((AG))) Thank you!! I am really glad to read that, because I had mixed feelings initially if I should be processing two things at once, but have realized how intertwined the two things became. I had another session today and it was unbelievable, I think I'll start a new thread about it. Thank you so much for the support

Big 's to you all
