So, I just picked up this book called the Pocket Therapist and after the first page, I found myself laughing out loud. It's funny, and it hits on issues that I have with myself/therapy--and the whole works. I totally recommend it to anyone who needs something "extra" in between sessions. I see my T twice a week, and I honestly think that those days in between are the longest days ever. BUT, having a funny book, or something inspirational truly does help to get me through.
Best line from the book is in relation to learning how to deal emotionally when someone presses your "bitch button!" Hell yah! I totally have a bitch button--and it definitely gets pressed a lot! LOL!
Anyways, just thought I'd recommend that to ya'll.
