I used to be very much into the New Thought stuff, but I have become skeptical of some of it. I intend to go back this time, and find what is useful for me and what is not.
I think that for me, just stilling my mind might bring me closer to bliss. Often this happens while I'm doing something like snowboarding, that requires focus.
I actually have this book on the shelf. I'll see what I find in it today, open it up to any page...
