Oh what about It's a Wonderful Life, isn't that a Christmas movie? Another highly sentimental and unrealistic movie, but hey it is Christmas.

Yeah; I'd give them a go especially as mascarpone is SO yummy in ice cream. I guess soft cheeses are best but a nice strong cheddar ice cream might tickle the taste buds!!
