Is there anyway to get through therapy without feeling? I assure you that I do not mean this in a humorous way at all. I am just trying to figure out how to get through this without it doing me in.
May I just say anyone who is in therapy and dealing with trauma, my hats off to you. It is certainly no cake walk and it is very difficult to do.

TAS, in my experience therapy can be painful and difficult, but there are ways to make it more tolerable. Sometimes you need to slow down, change tactics, or even find a different T. For me I needed the last options because therapy was making me worse instead of better. IMO, don't do stuff that will cause you more pain than you can tolerate. There is always another option somewhere.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
