Bi-Polar Sessions: What I hate about therapy is going from a really connected, good feeling session, to one where I feel like my T can't wait till I leave. (I think I've read this on here before, but felt like repeating it this morning.)

But most days, and almost all day, I'm in a very sad place and can't get out....

Ninn - I've had what you're talking about with really good sessions followed by backlash sessions. Frowner I HATE that!

I'm so happy to hear about your session it sounds very sweet and connecting - that's great! :heart blink: It's nice to have a safe place to express ourselves. I'm sorry you are sad right now... I find often (at least for me) connectedness brings on natural sadness (grief, I imagine) in tandem.

Hope all goes well getting the right medication for sleep. My P has been trying to medicate me for sleep and... it doesn't work well. It makes life that much harder when you're slugging through it on 0-4hrs a day. Good luck!!
