LG... that made me smile too. I have to say that she sounds wonderful. She really understands what would make you send that kind of email. She has probably figured out you are always in that bind of wanting to run away from her and cling to her ankles at the same time! Big Grin

I often feel that way. I told my T that I may look like I'm sitting down in the chair across from him but I have one foot out the door at all times and am ready to run at the first sign... of whatever... LOL. He smiles and nods and I stay and we talk. So nice to find someone who gets it.

Good luck on Friday.

I'm glad your T replied so well. It is funny. I've quit by email more times than I can count. My T always tells me that he hopes I change my mind and he will keep my next session open for me. Once I was talking to him on the phone and I told him I wasn't sure I was coming to my session and he said he was okay with me deciding later. I said I guess you won't be surprised if I don't show up and he said "I'd be really surprised if you don't show up". I laughed.
